These fonts are my small tribute to the United States of America and all that she stands for.  And to the victims and families of the victims of the terrorist attack on America on 11 September 2001.

I sat and watched the horrible events unfold on TV, comforting friends who have family in the area, while they waited in agony to hear if they were okay.  And although I realize these fonts are but a small tribute, I felt that I had to do something, anything, to let those who suffer know that they are not alone.

These 7 fonts were all originally made for Font Party.  These fonts were given to them as part of the "Life Saving Fonts" program: a special section where font designers with all levels of fontmaking experience, and from all parts of this world, came together to share their creations and their support for all of the victims of this tragedy.

Every font there was offered free of charge.  All we as designers asked was that you took the time to look at some of the websites listed - and make any contributions that you felt you could.  I still offer these fonts free of charge here on my site.
